How to brew
  • Drip or pour-overAbout 15 g (2 heaping tablespoons) for every 8 oz of water at about 200 °F. Medium grind.
  • French press1 part coffee to 15 parts water, just off the boil (about 205 °F). Coarse grind, 4 minutes, then press.
  • Cold brew1 part coffee to 8 parts cold water. Coarse grind, 12 to 24 hours in the fridge, then strain.
  • Moka pot or espressoFine grind. For espresso, about 1 part coffee to 2 parts liquid in the cup.

We roast every day in our own Houston facility and pack every bag, K-Cup and pod in-house. Order by 2 PM Central, Monday to Friday, and it ships the same day. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us and we'll make it right.

Email us at notifications@eximiuscoffee.com. If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund it.

How fast will my order ship? + −

Orders placed before 2 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Anything after that, or on weekends and holidays, goes out the next business day. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free on orders over $75 and $5.95 on orders from $50 to $74.99.

How does Subscribe & save work? + −

Pick Subscribe & save on the product page and choose how often you want it: every 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. You save 10% on every delivery and it shows up on its own. Skip, swap or cancel anytime from your account. No phone calls, no lock-in.

Where does the coffee come from? + −

Our coffees come from growing regions across Latin America, Africa and Indonesia, and we roast them at our own facility in Houston, Texas.
