We buy by the lot, not the label. Every harvest we cup lots from six origins, keep the ones that hit our profile, and re-dial the roast for each new lot so your reorder tastes like your last bag. Roasted in small batches, checked in our own lab and packed in our Houston plant, where we fill our own single-serve cups and pods.

Six single origins, 100% Arabica: Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Brasil, Ethiopia and Sumatra.
