We manufacture it.
Roasting, grinding, packing, even our single-serve pods — all of it happens in our own Houston facility. Most coffee brands outsource every step. We don't.

We roast daily in Houston and ship the same day, so your coffee reaches you within days of leaving the roaster instead of after months on a shelf. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us and we'll make it right.

What if there's a problem with my order? + −
Email us at notifications@eximiuscoffee.com. If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund it.
How fast will my order ship? + −
Orders placed before 2 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Anything after that, or on weekends and holidays, goes out the next business day. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
How does Auto-Delivery work? + −
Pick your delivery frequency at checkout (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) and your coffee shows up automatically. Skip a delivery, swap products, or cancel anytime from your account. No phone calls, no lock-in.
Where does the coffee come from? + −
We import our own green coffee and roast it at our Houston facility. That means we control the beans from origin to the bag, not just the last step. We work with producing regions across Latin America, Africa, and Indonesia.
Is my payment information secure? + −
Checkout runs on Shopify, the same platform behind millions of stores. Your card details go straight to the payment processor and never touch our systems.
Can I change or cancel my order? + −
Yes, but you must request the change or cancellation before our 2 p.m. CT shipping cutoff. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your order before it leaves our roastery.
