Thank you for choosing Aldecoa Coffee. We are committed to providing you with high-quality coffee products and excellent customer service.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right. You can reach us at notifications@eximiuscoffee.com.

Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on coffee once it has been shipped, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Return Process

To start a return for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us at notifications@eximiuscoffee.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable goods (such as coffee), sale items, or gift cards, unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
